Email works best because it lets you send the key details (and photos if helpful), and it gives you a written record of what we discussed.
What to include (so I can answer properly)
Please include:
- Postcode / nearest town
- Site type (farm / estate / yard / smallholding)
- Pest issue (pigeons/woodpigeon, corvids, rats)
- Where activity is worst (barns, feed stores, yards, silage clamp, grain shed, roof space, etc.)
- Any access constraints (livestock areas, neighbours close by, public footpaths/rights of way)
- Times you’re available (and whether you want a call back)
Optional but useful:
- Photos or a short video of the problem areas
- Any previous control attempts (what’s been tried and what didn’t hold)
What happens next
- I’ll confirm whether your job is suitable and what information (if any) is missing.
- We’ll agree a survey time.
- After the survey, you’ll receive a clear plan and fixed quote before work starts.
- Where relevant, work is supported by RAMS / permissions and you receive a short report with photos and recommendations.
